Who is behind The PACC?
Alana Zelones, who loves HR, helping people & companies and has been passionately doing this for over 15 years.

Alana has a Bachelor of Commerce in HR and Management from Curtin University and has worked with small to medium businesses across Australia on nearly every HR issue imaginable.
The PACC team can help you navigate whatever people or business issue you may be having .

How did The PACC come to be?
Initially Alana set out to find a way to do what she loves and be the best mum she can be to her son Spencer (5). This led to her realising she could help many businesses and employees with their HR needs whilst having the flexibility to be there whenever her son needed it.
